1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by 

CPG Auto Solutions Ltd, an independent automotive service provider. By engaging with our services, whether in-person or online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Agreement

a. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) agrees to provide automotive repair, maintenance, and related services (our “Services”) to our customers in a professional, efficient, and timely manner, as per the specifics outlined in these Terms.

b. By authorizing us to perform work on your vehicle, you acknowledge that we may, where necessary, use sub-contractors or third-party suppliers to fulfil our Services.

3. Pricing and Payments

a. Pricing for Services will be provided upfront or upon request and is subject to change based on the nature and extent of the work required. All prices are exclusive of VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.

b. Full payment for all Services must be made upon completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash.

c. Invoices will detail the Services rendered and any applicable parts or materials used. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment terms. If payments are not made promptly, we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

d. You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, including its make, model, year, and any existing issues or specific requirements necessary to enable us to deliver the Services efficiently.

4. Parts and Materials

a. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd will use high-quality parts and materials for any repairs or replacements, unless otherwise requested by you.

b. If you request specific parts or materials that differ from our standard offerings, you accept responsibility for any additional costs or delays associated with those items.

c. In the case of sourcing parts, we cannot be held liable for delays due to the unavailability of requested parts.

5. Warranty

a. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd provides a warranty on parts and services rendered, subject to the conditions outlined in the warranty agreement provided with each service.

b. Warranty coverage will be explained to you prior to the commencement of any work, including the duration and any exclusions that apply.

c. Warranty claims will only be honoured if the work was carried out in line with the agreed scope and under normal operating conditions.

6. Vehicle Storage

a. If you leave your vehicle with us for an extended period following the completion of the Services, you may incur a reasonable storage fee. The applicable storage fees will be communicated to you in advance.

b. We recommend that you remove all personal items from your vehicle before leaving it with us. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in your vehicle during the service period.

7. Liability and Limitations

a. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill. However, we will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to unforeseen defects in the vehicle, mechanical failure, or third-party interference.

b. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in your vehicle that may not be identifiable at the time of service or that affect the outcome of the work performed.

c. Our liability for any claims related to the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or repair provided, and we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, income, or profit.

8. Customer Responsibilities

a. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible to us during the agreed-upon timeframe and that any relevant documentation or instructions are provided.

b. You must notify us immediately if any defects or issues arise after the completion of Services that may require attention under the warranty or otherwise.

9. Termination

a. You may terminate the agreement for Services at any time prior to work commencing by notifying us. However, if work has already begun, you will be liable for the cost of the work completed up until that point.

b. CPG Auto Solutions Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Services if you fail to comply with these Terms or if payment for Services is not received within the agreed timeframe.

10. Changes to These Terms

a. We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, industry practices, or our services. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
